Dr. Obichi, thank you for making me realise I have two major resources (concepts and competencies). You made me realise that knowledge and understanding alone isn’t enough but applying wisdom makes me an innovator and achiever. As a PhD student and an assistant lecturer at the university, I am fortunate to be here, as you have crafted a pathway for me to follow to be successful.

– Ms. Agbaje Halimah Adebimpe (Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.)

“The program has been a game-changer, expanding my understanding of leadership and innovation while equipping me with the skills to turn ideas into impactful solutions. The program’s expert training and networking opportunities have broadened my horizons and prepared me to drive meaningful change.”

– Danjuma Rose Uwanassara, YIL Fellow 2024

“It was truly an eye-opener to what I ought to focus on when designing and implementing research processes, but had not been considering. Now, I intend to be more focused and intentionally more collaborative in research design and implementation.”

– Dr. Olugbenga Ologbon (Onabisi Onabajo University, Ogun State, Nigeria)
